Over the last decade Avalon has risen to dizzying heights to become one of the leading and most in-demand artists of the global Psychedelic Trance scene.
Chart topping number ones have lined-up one after another between massive collaborations, two remix albums, three collaboration albums (as Killerwatts with Tristan and Future Frequency with Sonic Species) and a gigging schedule that has placed him at every major festival and in music loving country possible.
Avalon now shares with us these fresh solo productions, filled with classic elements of his trademark sound that first garnered him so much success.
Twisting and mixing-up his quintessential sounds with the newest and biggest production techniques, collaborating with friends and Psychedelic alumni; Tristan, Dickster, Ajja and Mad Maxx, and careful mastering from Mindspin, ensures this album is a sonic force to be reckoned with!
RISE expresses an artist at full potential, utilising all he has learned from a deep dive into psychedelic music and taking things to the next level.
Not stopping at music only, Avalon has collaborated with a number of amazing visual artists.
Firstly, he has the great honour of working with Anderson Debernadi, who graciously allowed for the use of a number of his visionary and forest paintings as part of the album artwork, including part of his work “Warmi Bobinzana” for the cover art.
Secondly, making sure things move in front of your eyes too, Avalon has gone even further to ensure the psychedelic journey continues online and in your living room!
He has collaborated with highly respected animators, Fractually, Andy Thomas, Global Illumination, TAS, The VOID & John Speaker, DivDiver, Adam Nixon & Delta Process to create individual videos for each of the 9 tracks on the album!
All track videos are now online to enjoy.
The videos have also all been carefully stitched together into one long continuous album video mix which is now freely available to watch on YouTube.
